Not completely happy with your purchase?
Customer satisfaction is our priority at Bon Monkee. You may return the product(s) within 14 days of your order dispatch date. Please email to info@bonmonkee.com with the reason of the return, and we will be more than happy to offer you an exchange, credit or full refund. All returns must be in perfect condition, the tags are still attached and come with their original packaging.
We are unable to accept returns on items that are scratched, damaged or that are not returned in their undamaged original packaging. Unfortunately, in these situations, the items will be returned to you, and at your own cost.
Refunds will normally show on your records within 72 hours of being processed however, the speed of this processing is beyond our control and unfortunately some card issuers may take up to 10 working days to reallocate your funds.
Return Shipping
All customers are responsible for any shipping and handling cost of their returns, but exchanges will be sent at our expense within reason. Bon Monkee is not liable for TAX or import duty when posting items abroad or receiving returns from outside the UK.
When returning your purchase, we highly recommend that you ensure the item is tracked or, at the very least, proof of postage is obtained. Bon Monkee is not responsible for the loss of a returned product.

Sale Items
For SALE items, we do not offer a refund. However, you may return the product in exchange for another item or credit note to the same value.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the item you no longer wish to keep and place a new order.
Wholesale
All wholesale orders placed with Bon Monkee are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the items are defective, damaged, or significantly not as described. Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in size may occur. These differences are a natural part of the crafting process and contribute to the uniqueness of each item.
This policy applies to all Bon Monkee products, including but not limited to: Tennis Summer Hats, Raincoats, and Jumpers.
Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with clear photographic evidence provided via email.
If a return is approved, items must be:
• Unused
• In their original packaging
• Returned within 14 days of approval
Please note:
• We are not responsible for damages caused during shipping by third-party couriers.
• Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
• Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for sizing concerns, color preferences, or order changes after dispatch.

Fault Goods
In the unlikely and unfortunate event that there is a fault with your product, please contact our customer services team info@bonmonkee.com to arrange a refund or replacement.
